I cleared out the Region 8 Rep email and handed over access to Eric Cordova, the new Region 8 Rep. We also went over what I was working on with leaders in the Region in order to ensure everything continues to move forward in growing LPF in the Tampa Bay Area. Last week, I explained how to do monthly reporting for his EC role.
Fundraising - I have been working as part of the LPF Fundraising Committee on scheduling, choosing venues, and brainstorming for quarterly fundraising events.
This has basically been a few weeks of getting back into the swing of things post-election and post-holidays, and working toward plans/goals for LP Hillsborough as well as LPF. LPH had an Executive Committee retreat 1/6 - 1/9 to discuss plans for the upcoming year and recap wins/losses from last year's election season.
