Beth Johnson (Convention Committee Chair) joined us to discuss the annual convention in June. The convention committee is working on sponsor levels and vendors and will have more information for this committee in the next week or so.
Working on upcoming quarterly fundraising party in Palm Beach. Date of event is TBD, but will be in early March 2025. Lisa is putting together information on a few locations for the next meeting. Scott will be reaching out to Steven Nekheila to inquire about flags to be used for auction at event.
Lisa has set up for each EC member fundraising links for their socials. The past month we had raised around $400 via those links.
Next meeting is scheduled for Sunday January 30, 2025 at 7PM EST via Zoom.

Confirmed the location and details of the LPF Spring Bash. It will take place on Saturday March 29, 2025 from 5PM to 9PM at Big Rocco’s Pizzeria Bar & Tavern 10479 Southern Boulevard Royal Palm Beach, FL. Admission will be $20 per person (with kids under 17 free). Working on securing items for auction and door prizes. There will also be a 50/50 raffle for those who attend. E-mails were sent and graphics made for social media advertising.
Next meeting is scheduled for Thursday February 27 @ 7PM Eastern via Zoom.
