Region 1 counties - Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, Walton
Escambia- Helped to complete the reaffiliation requirements. Looked at parade float to assess condition and needs to get it functional. Agreed to help Anne P., Vice Chair, organize a Libertarian lady's night activity for September. Reaching out to 20 contacts on CRM to invite to the business meeting. I am attending the monthly business meeting on 7/27. Spoke to Rules committee about being able to suggest affiliate's move their funds into interest earning accounts.
Santa Rosa - I attended Navarre Beach Fire Rescue District board meeting. LPSRC's presence at these meetings has stopped a mandatory inspection resolution and it appears the TPLE resolution as well since it was not brought up during their July board meeting. Posted our meeting notice on social media and our website. Engaged on social media to keep a presence. Completed transition of our old wordpress website to new Nationbuilder website. Also, gained access to our Stripe account. Reaching out to 20 contacts on CRM to invite to our monthly social and business meeting on 7/26.
Okaloosa - Gathering contacts for the affiliation. I will start posting and reaching out on August 1st.
