Meetings Attended: 

• Libertarian Party of Florida Annual Business Meeting (ABM) 
• Rules Committee 

 

Officer Duties: 

• Took and updated meeting minutes, including for the ABM 
• Maintained and updated NationBuilder CRM 
• Managed county reaffiliation tracking and deadline extensions 
• Posted updates to LPF and LPPBC social media 
• Imported June 2025 voter registration data 

 

Actions Taken: 

• Membership Records: Imported updated voter file and cleared new duplicates in NationBuilder 
  
• Reaffiliation: Provided final support and follow-up to counties completing the reaffiliation process 
  
• Communications: Supported social media messaging for LPF and affiliate activities 
  
• Committee Training: Trained Membership and Fundraising Committees in NationBuilder 
  
• Content Support: Edited and posted blogs, and prepared/sent email communications; updated LPF Wikipedia entry
  

Communication and Engagement: 

• Sent ongoing emails and follow-ups to assist counties with reaffiliation and ensure bylaw compliance 
• Coordinated with Membership and Fundraising Committees on NationBuilder usage and outreach strategy

• Provided editing support for communications to improve clarity and professionalism 

 

Goals for Next Month: 

• Import July voter data upon availability 
• Attend LP Palm Beach bi-monthly meeting 
• Continue NationBuilder cleanup: remove duplicates and organize tags
