1. 9/21 - I attended the LPF General Membership and Executive Committee Meeting. The motion I moved for to sponsor the Project HPF Vibefest passed.
2. 9/23 - I made my personal $125 contribution to the sponsorship of the Project HPF Vibefest.
3. 9/28 - We had a Zoom call for Region 1 to preplan for the Vibefest
4. 9/29 - Ordered promo materials and decorations for the Vibefest
5. 10/02 - Called and emailed for sponsors for the Vibefest
6. 10/06 - Project HPF founder and organizer of the Vibefest had to cancel the event. Refund check issued back to the LPF at Matt's address. it should arrive sometime between 10/20 and 10/27.
7. 10/06 Reached out to contact from Nationbuilder, Thomas Long. After speaking with Mr. Long, found out the contact was sent to me in error. Mr. Long is in south Florida. Sent his contact information to the Region 13 rep, Steven G.
8. 10/07 - Invited Lacey Price, Vibefest organizer, to the October LPF meeting to answer speak about the Vibefest and the plan going forward. She accepted invitation.
9. 10/09 - Project HPF organized a liberty pop up breakfast event for Saturday. I am going to go. I want to meet the Township Liberation organizer to see if there are collaboration opportunities.
10. 10/13 - Liberty pop up breakfast went well. Going to another meet up today with Mike Decentralize and others at 1pm.
11. 10/15 - Lacey and I are starting some discussion groups about local governance. We are going to attend local board and council meetings and recruit from there.
12. 10/19 - I have 3 books that I was given and/or recommended to read to increase my knowledge of Libertarianism, therefore, making me a more effective representative and speaker: A New Beginning, by Ed Clark; Revival of Common Sense: The Case for Township Liberation, by Thomas Decentralize; For a New Liberty: The Libertarian Manifesto, by Murray N. Rothbard. If anyone has any other book suggestions, please let me know.

1. LPEC is having float build workdays every Saturday until the float is done. They are also collecting a quote for axles, tires, and brakes. I have been informed that they are planning their next business meeting on 10/26. Waiting for official confirmation of that meeting before I schedule.
2. Since Vibefest has been cancelled, LPEC is coming up with a new event either Tailgate, highway cleanup, or float build.
Santa Rosa
1. 9/24 - I had to cancel the 9/24 social due to illness. I will get with LPSRC EC and reschedule. I updated social media with cancellation notices.
2. We rescheduled our October business meeting to October 23rd at 6pm, Where ya at Seafood in Navarre.
3. 9/24 - Our website is now live and fully functional. Yay!
4. 10/09 - I attended the protest against the toll bridge at the BOCC. The BOCC has decided to table the toll. The commissioner that requested to motion this sighted the pushback from the community. While I was there, I witnessed another citizen get removed by the police for speaking out against mandatory sewer connections. The county wants to pass an ordinance stating that if a sewer line is running down your street you have 365 days to connect to it at your expense. The public really showed up for this one. It did not pass. I will be going to the 10/23 BOCC meeting to hand out Know your Rights: Speaking at public meetings flyers that Jerry and I made since they keep carting people out for talking. Joe Hannoush also gave me great advice to send the video recording of the meeting to You are the Power.
5. 10/14 - I attended the Navarre Beach Fire Rescue District meeting - This board is either inept or nefarious. The board member that yelled at a citizen and called the cops on him during the August meeting that I attended was not present at this meeting. We were told said board member has resigned due to personal reasons. The fire chief also got a DUI on Sept 9th. It is not his first one. He also has a grand theft charge. He still has his very well-paid job, though. The progress being made here is that the HOA president of one of the condo buildings on the beach wants to hear all of the evidence we have collected about the misusing of taxpayer funds and election concerns. I will be sending that out in the next couple of days.
6. 10/15 - Sent the findings of all the issues at the NBFRD to the HOA that requested it. Fingers crossed they take some action.
7.10/15 - My friend, Lacey, and I are going to be hosting small discussions in this county about local governance. I am going to see if this is a good way to recruit local Libertarians to be active in the affiliate as well. I plan on attending the BOCC meeting. This county has 3 municipalities.
