- Imported latest voter registration data (October)
- Supported affiliate credentialing and compliance
Actions Taken:
- Website + Content Publishing: Drafted, edited, and published multiple articles and posts on the LPF website during October and November
- Press Release: Wrote and distributed the Agility PR press release announcing Frederick “Thai” Heiler’s election and swearing-in to the Malabar Town Council
- Membership Records: Imported updated voter files, cleared duplicates, and updated LPF Member “Group” tagging in NationBuilder
- Automations: Continued refining automations in NationBuilder to support outreach and improve member engagement
- Committee Training: Conducted additional NationBuilder training for Membership and Affiliate Support Committees
- Communications Support: Provided editing, messaging guidance, and content support for LPF leadership and committees
- Communications Support: Preparing Giving Tuesday campaign and attended NationBuilder Giving Tuesday training webinar
Communication and Engagement:
- Collaborated with Membership and Fundraising Committees on outreach campaigns and messaging
- Supported affiliate officers with press releases, website updates, and communications needs
- Responded to member inquiries via NationBuilder and LPF communication channels
Other Contributions:
- Provided editing support for statewide communications, ensuring consistency, clarity, and professionalism
- Supported affiliate website setup and content migration where needed
