Title: Motion to Select Krystina Baxter as the Events Coordinator to develop LPF event participation and approve a stipend to support the events coordinator.
Mover: Hector Roos
Motion: I move to select Krystina Baxter as the Events Coordinator for develop LPF event participation under the creation of the Events Coordinator position. I further move to approve a stipend not to exceed $500 monthly from the State Fund to support the Events Coordinator.
Discussion: The Events Coordinator is expected to plan a multi-year events calendar and develop an events budget. The stipend would go to support the effort required to research, make contact with event organizers, manage volunteers in coordination with local affiliates and table the event itself.
