Motion by Krystina Baxter to approve the Libertarian Party of Volusia County to request the award for Operation First Step in the amount of $200. There are currently 2 members of the Volusia Affiliate who are serving on city boards. Joe Hannoush is Chair of the Ormond Beach Budget Advisory Committee and Ann Russo is Seat 2 on the Economic Development Committee of Deland.

The funds awarded to this affiliate are for $100 per Board appointment prior to the implementation of Operation First Step.
