LPF Development Contractor Report for 10/17/21

Measures: *These measures include only donations motivated by actions of the Development contractor, and could be less than the total for the month*
- Lost 1 recurring donation and 1 recurring donation paused.
- Added 6 new recurring donors at $25 monthly or more for an increase of $151.35 monthly (one was recurring at $5.15 and incr to $25)
- Added 2 new recurring donors under $25 monthly for an additional increase of $21.20.
- Added 2 annual donors for an increase of $77.25 annually
- Encouraged $228 in one-time donations
Action Items Completed:
- Created one-time donors list from Stripe export and CiviCRM cross-reference for appeals calls
- Created dropped off recurring donors list from Stripe export and CiviCRM cross-reference for appeals calls
- Created scripts for appeals calls for One-time donors and dropped off recurring donors
- Made appeals calls to dropped off recurring donors
- Edited, finalized, and requested publication of Dues Diligence email
- Emailed dropped off recurring donors that could not be reached by phone
- Drafted, personalized, and mailed letters to dropped off recurring donors that could not be contacted by phone and did not respond by email
- Scheduled and conducted interviews for “Hall of the 100@25” emails
- Wrote email profiles for “Halls of the 100@25 Club”
- Scheduled, publicized through email and FB, and conducted first 100@25 Club Chat
- Research historical large donors to LNC and cross-referenced contact data through CiviCRM
- Worked with Mike Smith to reserve room and date at the Moose Lodge and make agreements for Moose lodge contribution and drinks.
- Research budget for LPF Holiday Fundraising event
- Secured speaker Mike Maharrey for LPF Holiday Party
- Secured AV support through Marc Golob for LPF Holiday Party
- Created Sponsor Sheet and list to contact for LPF Holiday Party
- Worked with Tony Sellers for Donation links for 100@25 and Holiday Party Sponsorship
Action Items in Progress/Pending:
Set up BRE and make mailers to large LNC donors in FL
Continued Event planning for LPF Holiday Party, pending funding approval from ExCom
Contact and solicit sponsorships for LPF Holiday Party, pending funding approval from ExCom
Marketing, including email, social media, and targeted direct mail for LPF Fundraising Event
Continue contacting one-time donors for donations appeals
Create more list for donation appeals
Observations:
- Past one-time donors issues range from LPF platform on borders and abortion to impressions of “white supremacy.”
- Several past donors have moved out of state.
- A couple past donors have lost interest in the political process to favor counter-economic strategies. One gave a donation, anyway.
