Volusia Activities
*This month the affiliate assisted to have Joe Hannoush attend 2 trick or treat large events to collect petitions, Purple Night Out and Lets Go Trick Or Treating.
*Lets Go has asked us to join them for their Santa event next month.
*Due to fall and winter schedules November and December regular business meetings are cancelled and we will be holding a special meeting to approve funds for our next que of events, which will include Anti Mandate sign waive events in Late November and early December.
*Expenditures for new tabling materials was approved at our last meeting.
*Joe will be participating this weekend in the annual Ormond Beach Seafood Festival which is expected to be a well attended event.
*Joe attempted to petition at the Nitro Circus event at the speedway, it was however rained out.
*Daytona Beachside has announced that a new crypto themed cafe will be opening soon called Stock Brews. Keeping updated on this locations progress to hopefully get Libertarian events scheduled there shortly after they open.
Other Counties
*Keeping up to date on voter spreadsheets
*Crypto speaker interested in libertarian events in Flagler is being asked to be a speaker in January at the Volusia affiliate convention.
Personal LPF Action
*Working with Director on fundraising based Twitter posts, holiday party posts and the 100@25 club posts.
*Writing articles and speaking to Fl Libertarians about candidates and events to write up short form newsletter updates.

*Convention now has the theme page up and the contract has been submitted. Much of my free time in the near future will be used to make sure convention is well planned.
*Working on spreadsheets of vendors, podcastor and possible speakers template to send out to affiliates to make this information available in a more centralized manner for all affiliates and the LPF.
*Discussed the creation of a call to action page for Fl LP friendly causes with Tony Sellers and how to make this easily available to share with affiliates.
-World’s smallest political quiz and other quizzes to also be helpful in creation of this page.
*Had a discussion on how to plan ahead for the 2023 LPF Convention and what the parameters are that convention committee has created for future conventions.
