LPF Audit Committee Report - March 2022

March Events:
Committee appointments made in a Special Meeting 03/07 following dissolution at Annual
Business Meeting Feb. 27. See above for current committee members.
Awaiting FB direct group message 2022, added new members to 2021 in the interim.
Polled members and determined that 2nd and 4th Thursdays work best for most with the
2nd Thursday’s being the best day to attend.
To Do:
Set up access to gdocs committee folder for new members
Review Independent Contractor’s final figures and report
Follow up on Treasurers Meetings initiative - Thompson
Check DOE filing ( mid April, July, October, January)
Check FEC filing (monthly)
Check Quickbooks
Review final Convention Committee Report when received
Review 2023 and 2024 convention venue proposals
Review any contracts necessary
