• Hosted the monthly Committee Chairs call
• Was debriefed by the Convention Committee and Vice Chair on convention matters
• Organizing the transition of the Treasurer including bank account, DoE PIN, etc.
• Calling and recruiting volunteers for committees
• Finalizing the resolution for Florida independence that was passed at convention for mailing to all Florida legislators
• Shall present the Joint Membership Agreement with the LNC to the EC for discussion
• Had a meeting with the LNC Activism and Membership support coordinators to discuss needs and ideas. Discussed getting other affiliates to potentially commit to Agility PR to bring down the per unit cost. Follow up on the 23rd of March.
• Investigating potential fundraisers for the 2022 term, the goal is to have two with one primary and one in a support role
• I shall be on each of the committees calls to onboard, discuss goals, go over the SMART Goal worksheet and ensure alignment and progress
• Submitted the signed DoE EC ledger as updated by the Secretary
