Attended LPF EC Special Meeting, Committee Chairs Meeting and Discussion, and Executive Committee Meeting.
Reviewed proposed Meeting Minutes.
Reviewed Motions for April EC Meeting.
Assisted IT Director update member contacts in CRM as part of final clean up process
Have reviewed and updated 1,416 members, portions in both CRM systems.
Assisted Secretary with eligibility status on several submissions for re-affiliation
Acted as liaison between EC Members and Communications Committee and others.
Local LPMD Activities
Posted notices of and updated Annual Business Meeting on website
Updated attendance roster and contacts
Searching for venues for socials and Annual Business Meeting
Searching for appropriate speakers for events
Prepared for and attended Annual Business Meeting April 12.
Presented two rules changes that passed.
Notified EC members of new requirement to join LPF.
Prepared and sent letter of new officers to DOE and LPF Secretary
Updating Timelines and Guidelines for affiliate secretary
Preparing for transfer to new affiliate Secretary
