April/May Events:
Committee met on April 28.
Discussed Review Unified Membership Program proposal
Discussed Review Affiliates Reward Program proposal referred by EC
Discussed Review proposed contract Independent Contractor
Mr. Roos requested we discuss possibility of amending Standing Rules increasing
amount of Chair’s discretionary monthly allotment.
Advised Committee members of new gdrive folder for committee, be sure to accept the
invitation to share.
To Do:
Review Independent Contractor’s final figures and report
Review final Convention Committee Report when all expenditures are handled
Follow up on Treasurers Meetings initiative - Thompson
Review 2024 convention venue proposals
Review any contracts necessary
Review referrals by EC
Check DOE filings
Check FEC filings
Check Quickbooks
