At-Large 3 Monthly Report 7/12/21
For the period between June 14, 2021 and July 12, 2021, I logged 34.5 hrs of work on Party business (including 4.5 hrs on LPSLC, and 3 hrs for LNC meetings concerning LPNH).
I attended LPF EC Special Meetings on June 20th and July 7th.
I attended the LPF Officer call on June 27th, the Regional Reps call on July 5th, and the Committee Chairs call on July 11th.
I attended the Audit Committee Meeting on July 1st, and other discussions of audit committee on June 21st.
I attended the Affiliates Support Committee call on June 22nd.
I worked with James Daniels Region 11 to transfer the Region 11 files and email passwords June 17th and June 19th. I worked with Mr. Barfield to set-up atlarge3 email and BB.LPF access.
On July 12th, I sent an email to all county chairs and treasurers reminding them of the July 12th 2nd Quarter filing deadline.

Wednesday June16, 2021 1.25 Audit Committee discussions with DAL1 and various communications, 15 min. Second Review of LP National Exec Comm meeting motion discussion regarding LPNH 1 hr.

Friday June18, 2021 4.5 Worked with J Mark Barfield to get atlarge3 email set up. 1 hr. LNC meeting 3-1/2 hours.
Saturday June19, 2021 1 Worked with James Daniels Region 11 on file transfer. LNC status discussions with DL Cummings. 1 hr.
Sunday June20, 2021 2.75 LPF EC Special Meeting, 1-1/2 hrs. Pre and post meeting coordinating. 1-1/4 hr.
