LPF Audit Committee Report - August 2022

Members:
Suzanne Gilmore Committee Chair, John Thompson Committee Vice Chair, Lee Korotzer and Hector Roos members, Joshua Hlavka and Rich Perez (ex-officio members)
July/August Events:
Committee met on August 11, 2022. There was no quorum, but a discussion was
held regarding the budget request for the 2023 LPF Convention. Convention
Committee was notified of the issues found so far. A meeting will be called ASAP
to conduct and comment officially on the request.
Committee met on August 18, 2022, asked questions of Convention Committee Chair. Agreed to send simple overall review.
Note: There was no DOE filing this period due to elections. Next due August 19. Treasurer was working on the filing during the meeting of August 18.
To Do:
Review 2024 convention venue proposals upon receipt
Review any contracts necessary
Review referrals by EC
Check DOE filings
Check FEC filings
Check Quickbooks
