At-Large 1 Director Activities
Attended LPF General Membership, Officers, and Committee Chairs Meetings and Discussions, and Executive Committee Meeting.
Reviewed proposed Meeting Minutes and Agenda.
Reviewed Motions for August EC Meeting. Assisted Convention Committee and James Daniels with their motions.
Assisted IT Director update member contacts in CRM as part of final clean up process
Have reviewed and updated 2,900 members in toto at an average of 5 minutes per record (14,500 minutes = 241.67 hours)
Local LPMD Activities
Posted notices of August EC Meeting on website
Confirmed meeting with venue manager
Lightly assisting new LPMD Secretary regarding duties and responsibilities
Updated attendance roster and contacts
Searching for appropriate speakers for events
Attended affiliate meeting August 9th. Started meeting as Secretary pro tem.
Installed Signal to assist with communications between officers and committees
Started creating groups
Continued reviewing Bylaws Art III for revision suggestions
Started organizing LibertyCon event sponsorship
Sign up sheet - Still need volunteers
Contacted event organizer and provided items requested
Looking for tabling materials, tablecloth, banner, flyers, etc.

Unable to attend meeting onAugust 18, due to conflict with Audit Committee.
Miscellaneous.
Processed all new LPF member applications (37) between July 15th and August 18th.
24% fewer requests than previous month, but still slightly more than usual.
Processed Pending membership requests.
Processed all pending requests for eligibility status changes and updates.
Converted eligible pending membership requests to new members (5).
Canceled applications pending for six months or more or had become ineligible (8).
Current Pending membership down to 59 from 78
