LPF Audit Committee Report - December 2022

Committee Meeting for November 24 canceled due to Thanksgiving.
The Treasurer’s report for November indicates the first net gain in recent months. This is good news.
The EC met in Executive Session on November 20 during regular monthly LPF EC Meeting. Decisions were made and set in motion.
Received a report on the Merch site. Reviewed and posted in the Audit Committee folder. Will discuss in next committee meeting.

Review 2024 convention venue proposals upon receipt
Review any contracts necessary
Review referrals by EC
Check DOE filings
Check FEC filings
Check Quickbooks
