Held Committee Meeting 01/12
The Treasurer’s report for December indicates the second consecutive net gain in recent months. This is good news. Need to determine cause.
Fundraising Contractor submitted Termination of Contract letter. Need to obtain.
EC should decide whether to accept condition of acceptance.
Need copy of signed contract. Requested and received.
The bi-weekly payments of $1,400 each should cease before month is out unless someone else is selected and signs,
Discussed Merch site report briefly. Need to get current full report
Mr. Roos advised status of merch site
Updating site for functionality
Fundraising Committee will handle Fundraising and merch table at convention as there is no county affiliate at venue location
Ms. Gilmore has checked the QuickBooks entries. They appear to be in order and kept current, with monthly reconciliations done.
Discussed Annual Audit (Reconcilation Report) by CPA
Will recommend CPA firm that has been handling for several years.
Need to get an estimate for the Reconciliation Report from CPA
LPF Chair to handle request - received
Motion to be made to EC to approve utilizing the CPA

Review 2024 convention venue proposals upon receipt
Review any contracts necessary
Review referrals by EC
Check DOE filings
Check FEC filings
Check Quickbooks
