Region 14 comprises Miami-Dade (affiliated) and Monroe (unaffiliated) counties.
Miami-Dade
- LPMD Meeting, May 9, 2023. We had a great turnout, nearly double what we usually get. Now focused on adding more social events to continue drawing in more folks; posting to both FB & LPMD Meetup group.
- Range night TBD in June or July
- Comedy night in April: Jeff Ross @ Dania Beach Improv. A couple folks turned up, really great show.
- Comedy nights in June: Aida Rodriguez @ Miami Improv, June 20, 2023
- Comedy nights in July: Rafi Bastos @ Miami Improv, July 20, 2023 - already several folks RSVP’d to this one; Dan Soder @ Dania Improv, July 27, 2023
- Comedy nights in August: Dave Smith will be at Dania Beach Improv; working with Region 13 to get a good turnout to this event - already several folks RSVP’d to this one.
- Comedy nights in September: Big Jay Oakerson (one of the Legion of Skanks) @ Dania Improv, September 14, 2023.
Monroe
Reached out to Steven Nekhaila about getting the Monroe affiliate up & running again. He’s going to be speaking with Mike Kane soon to discuss reaffiliation. We made tentative plans to catch up over the phone once he’s spoken to Mike. (May 16, 2023)
