- Attended and participated in 2023 LPF Convention
- Created and published LPF Strategic Plan Proposal
- Finalized 23-24 term Vision Deck
- Provided the Hillsborough affiliate with a letter of affiliation for SOE
- Participated in strategic meeting with Mr. Nekhaila, Mr. Roos, Mr. Tancer and Mr. Kraus in Miami to discuss fundraising objectives
- Hosted interviews of Committee Chairs and put together a list of members to be added to committees
- Conducted a onboarding meeting for new LPF EC members
- Supervised the transition of IT assets to new LPF EC members
- Submitted blurb for monthly LPF newsletter
Ongoing Actions:
- Reviewing 2024 Convention Proposals sheet provided by the Convention Committee
- Supporting my home affiliate, LP Broward County, with their events and activates
- Creating and finalizing the LPF's strategic plan with fellow LPF EC members and LPF Committee Chairs
- Researching the creation of PACs and 501c groups in Florida, by the LPF's members, to support and benefit the LPF and its' candidates
- Researching potential partnerships with current PACs and 501c groups to support and benefit the LPF and it's candidates
- Researching the benefits and liabilities of the LPF providing amicus brief for a ongoing appeal involving semi-open primaries in the state of Florida
- Researching the LPF's ability to host in-person LPF business meetings once every three months (AKA quarterly in-person business meetings)
- Preparing for the 2024 election cycle
