Region 14 comprises Miami-Dade (affiliated) and Monroe (unaffiliated) counties.
Miami-Dade
- LPMD Meeting, June 13, 2023. We had another great turnout. Now focused on adding more social events to continue drawing in more folks; posting to both FB & LPMD Meetup group. We're aiming to do another get together at my house, probably July or August.
- Range night TBD in August or September
- Comedy nights in June: Aida Rodriguez @ Miami Improv, June 20, 2023; two folks turned up, good time! Aida is from Miami so it was a really fun show, great crowd.
- Comedy nights in July: Rafi Bastos @ Miami Improv, July 20, 2023 - already several folks RSVP’d to this one; Dan Soder @ Dania Improv, July 27, 2023
- Comedy nights in August: Dave Smith will be at Dania Beach Improv; working with Region 13 to get a good turnout to this event - already several folks RSVP’d to this one.
- Comedy nights in September: Big Jay Oakerson (one of the Legion of Skanks) @ Dania Improv, September 14, 2023.
Monroe
Reached out to Steven Nekhaila about getting the Monroe affiliate up & running again. He’s going to be speaking with Mike Kane soon to discuss reaffiliation. We made tentative plans to catch up over the phone once he’s spoken to Mike (& is back in the US).
