We've completed our 3 month goals in the vision deck ahead of schedule and are working toward our 6 and 9 month goals.
We've been contacting other CRM's to see about removing our website from National so we have more control and less wait time getting simple things completed. I'm gathering notes and prices and will present to the committee and the EC once complete. Nation Builder seems like the best option with plenty of powerful but easy to use features, but it will definitely be a bit cost prohibitive at around $1,100 per month for 50,000 subscribers (people who we can text and email directly through the system as many times as we want).
Lastly, we've started the process of working on LPFCon website and should have it launched by the end of the weekend on 8/20.
