Region 14 comprises Miami-Dade (affiliated) and Monroe (unaffiliated) counties.
Miami-Dade
LPMD Meeting, October 10, 2023. Nice group, a few new-ish folks, one person who hadn't come before and two who came for the second time. We've got several social events coming up that we're looking forward to.

Monroe
Gathering details for the Monroe website, will be working with Matt to get this set up in Nationbuilder. Once we get Monroe rolling, we should be able to templatize the work and roll them out for other unaffiliated counties so we can start gathering email and interested people's information.
- Steven thinks it might be best to find some fresh blood. Could do a text blast, could potentially use some funds for that for mailer or text campaign (~$100). Reached out to Chair w/this request.
- I sent Steven the updated LPF Monroe voter list on 8/16.
- Steven thinks we could potentially divide into three sections, Upper/Middle/Lower Keys, potentially. Three chapters, to help tackle the distance challenges.
