Convention Committee is working on a number of items at the moment, but we would love any help we can get pushing sponsorships, vendor tables, advertisements, packages, and any auction items you may be willing to add!
Items of focus:
- obtaining items for auction
- pushing sponsorships/ads/vendor tables
- starting debate question fundraiser
- obtaining breakout speakers
- setting up blood drive
- adding a free comedy show
- securing A/V services
- setting official agenda/schedule
Items completed:
- paid speakers booked (flights/hotels/signed contracts)
- secured first sponsorship
- secured 6 candidates for presidential debate
- 4 advertisements sold
- 4 vendor tables sold
- 9 packages sold (including 2 VIP)
