The tentative meeting for August 7th was cancelled due to a lack of need. After the committee's notification on August 8th of the existence of the Joint Funding and General Agreement (JFC), the Rules committee researched and discussed the topic of the JFC. The results of those discussions are reported separately. The next official meeting of the Rules Committee is scheduled for August 28th.
