- Item Resolved.
● P.C.’s proposals for constitution and standing rule revisions. - Article V Section 2 A for a members rights item for the voluntary checking out of delegates for the purposes of quorum for the second day. More discussion to follow in the Rules Discord. P.C. to resubmit next meeting.
● JFC agreement review. The Executive Committee has a fiduciary responsibility to upload the constitution, bylaws, articles of incorporation, standing rules, federal and state laws as they apply to the Libertarian Party of Florida.
New Business
● Comments from VC concerning strengthening of contracting requirements surrounding the JFC agreement review. - Need specific examples of arguments made and ambiguity raised in the existing text.
Discussion
● Discussion of Idea of Fixing the time of the LPF ABM to June and fixing the time of a special business meeting on even number years for the election of delegates to the LNC.
● Other ideas for future consideration?
