Title: Audit Committee October 2024 Report

Audit will meet later this month.  We are awaiting the expected approval of Ed Appler to the Audit Committee at the monthly EC meeting.    This will fill the outstanding open position. 

We will continue our discussion on Treasurer transition and documentation.
