BB - the LPF Bulletin Board

I have accepted reaffiliation paperwork from Bay, Charlotte, Duval, Miami-Dade, Santa Rosa, and Walton. The deadline for reaffiliation is the end of March.

Being Secretary is a lot of thankless work. Take a minute to thank our previous Secretaries when you see Lisa, Ed, and Suzanne.

IAW the LPF Constitution, as Vice-Chair I served as presiding officer in the absence of the Chair; oversaw LPF committees, served as an ex officio member of all committees, and represented the committees at executive sessions.  I attended County Affiliate meetings in Regions 1 and 2, and served as Chair of the Libertarian Party of Santa Rosa County.  As Affiliate Chair, I rewrote the LPSRC Bylaws.  I also ran as a candidate for the Board of Directors of the Holley Navarre Water System.

Region 1 -
01/18 - Attended the LPF General Membership Meeting and the EC meeting
01/19 - Hitting the fundraising hard. Reaching out to Mr. Morrisey for direction.
01/21 - Went to the capital in Tallahassee with local GOP members to network and meet representatives
02/09 - Attended a protest for the Joy Zuraff case at the Santa Rosa County courthouse. Robert, Anne, Carrie and Larry came from LPEC and Lacey from the newly forming LPOK came. Created a write up about the event and posted on our social media.
02/19 to 02/22 - Attended LPF Convention
02/23 - Attended James Fishback campaign stop in Milton hosted by the Santa Rosa GOP
03/01 - Attended Digital Prickle informational meeting with TJ Heraira.
03/02 - Created region 1 and region 2 email blast for March schedule. Sent to communications committee to send out.

Escambia -
01/25 - Attended the monthly social and business meeting. Gave region report and discussed March meeting with candidate Trei Mcmullen
01/30 - Booked hotel for convention with Anne and Amanda
02/01 - Helping LPEC with reaffiliation paperwork
03/01 - Attended the monthly social and business meeting. Gave region report and met two Republican Liberty Caucus candidates. Dr. Trei Mcmullen and Doug Chico
03/02 - Communicated with Paul Algir through text. He could not make this meeting, but has promised to make April meeting.


Santa Rosa -
Post on social media every other day
01/24 - Attended concerned citizen of south Santa meeting at the Navarre Library
01/24 - Attended LPSRC Annual Business meeting. We elected me as the chair, Eric has the vice chair, and Ed as the secretary and treasurer. This meeting was special. We had 11 people in attendance. Most we have had in over a year.
02/11 - attended a informational zoom meeting about a different civicrm
02/13 - Ed, Eric, and I are working on affiliation documents
02/19 - Turned in reaffiliation documents to Secretary, Theodore
03/02 - Met Mr. Appler at the bank and had our account updated with new EC positions. Made a deposit for $150.


Okaloosa -
02/10 - emailed former EC members for access to social media and any items left from former affiliate
02/24 - received email back from Paula, former LPOK EC member. She is going to give me access to social and we are going to meet next week for me to get left over promo items
02/26 - Messaged Jason H. to make sure he can make meeting on 03/05.
03/02 - Spoke to Paula former EC member. I am meeting up with her on 03/05 to get all the promo items from previous affiliate. Called Jonathan Hicks to get access to the bank account.


Walton -
Posting on social media for them once a week
02/12 - helping them get registered with the SOE
02/13 - PO Box has been acquired and website is almost done.
02/14 - acquired exact verbiage used by Tanya the chair to records request financials to share with other affiliates
03/01 - Messaged David Hodges the March schedule. Hoping to get him out to the meeting this month.
