« Last post by Region1 on December 24, 2025, 05:17:24 PM »
By Nicole Skelly

Region 1 rep -
12/21 - Attended the LPF General Membership and EC meeting. After the meetings, those that wanted to stay on had an impromptu strategy session. I offered help to Mr. Beavers and Mr. Hannoush for affiliating counties or email blast content. Mr. Hannoush brought up having a table at the SOE on voting days. I love this idea. I will be bringing up to all the Region 1 affiliates.
12/23 - Reached out to Communications committee to update LPF website making Walton County an active affiliate and to see if the address on the LPSRC page can be updated to our county chair or treasurer address.
12/24 - FLOCK Cameras will be a big focus in Region 1 for the next couple of months. Strategizing how to make the public aware through social media. I will be bringing these up at all affiliate meetings.
12/30 - Sent out reminders to contribute to the LPF Convention Theme contest and personally contributed $25 toward the Mission Obvious theme.
12/31 - Was able to garner $275 for the Mission Obvious theme on top of my $25 contribution
01/06 - Attended the Membership Committee meeting. I think this is a good fit for me. I will be attending more meetings.
01/13 - Coordinating candidate meet and greets with the local GOP affiliate. Reached out to Scott Jewett to see if he can make it up here.
01/14 - Received a response from Scott Jewett. He is open to coming to Region 1 for an event. I will spend the next month coordinating this.

Escambia -
12/23 - The follower count on the LPEC FB page continues to grow due to the hard work of the Vice Chair. I have been commenting and sharing on LPEC posts and it is increasing the follower count of LPSRC and LPWC as well. I invited everyone on the LPF Discord to follow, share, and comment on LPEC to help boost their social media as well.
12/26 - Going by the bank to get a $100 check to give to LPEC from LPSRC to donate towards the float
12/28 - Monthly Social and Business meeting at Varner Law in Pensacola at 2PM. 11 Libertarians present!! Larry Downs, the Libertarian running for Escambia county District 1 commission seat was there. He's amazing!
01/03 - Completed an email blast for LPEC. Waiting for it to be sent out.
01/08 - Larry Downs donated $500 to the LPF. He will be getting a full page ad and vendor table for convention.
01/13 - Candidate Meet and Greet for the Pensacola Police Chief. I could not attend this meeting. I will check in the LPEC EC to see if any of them made it.
01/14 to 01/17 - Cold called and sent emails for fundraising for the LPF.

Santa Rosa -
12/22 - Continue to post on social media
