Region 1 -
11/16 - Attended LPF General Membership and EC meeting via Zoom
11/17 - Reached out to platform committee chair, Mr. Dickey for direction on an ethics complaint contact question from one of the Walton County Libertarians. Mr. Dickey was very helpful.
11/18 - Reached out to the communications committee and requested updates to the LPF.org website for the Santa Rosa County and Escambia County affiliates.
11/22 - Attended a community organizers concerned citizens meeting to support Ed Appler. The host invited him to do a meet and greet at this meeting for the board position he is running for.
12/07 - Finally completed the organization of the Region 1 rep email inbox.
12/07 - Created 3 email blasts and sent to Lisa to send out. One for each one of the active counties in Region 1.
12/08 - Attended the LP Bay County meeting. Absolutely wonderful group of people doing great things. The EC approved $300 towards the parade float!
12/09 - Messaged Legislative committee about Flock cameras. All of the region 1 affiliates have brought up this issue in the last month, and Bay county brought it up as well. What can we do about these? Mr. Dickey got back to me. It's on his radar and he has great knowledge of them. He will contact me back after his legislative committee meeting. I would like to do a campaign across Region 1 on this issue.
12/09 - Spoke to Brent Lawhon about possibly joining the membership committee. I really enjoy the affiliation process and have a goal to have the most affiliated counties out of any state in the country. Percentage wise of course:) Membership committee might be a good fit for me. I will attend their January meeting.
12/10 - Preparing email blast for LP Bay
12/17 - Prepared motion to affiliation Libertarian Party of Walton county
12/18 - Reached out to Joe H. and gave him a heads up about potential candidates in Escambia county.

Escambia -
12/03 - I went ahead and updated their website with their December meeting notice since they don't have anyone to do it. LPEC is keeping up with their social media now, though, and doing a great job. Since they regained possession over a month ago their follower count has gone from 3500 to 6000.
12/04 - Putting together an email blast. Completed 12/07.
12/10 - Received an email from Mr. Ager. He received my email blast and is interested in running. Asked me to call him after January 1st. I will follow up with him than.
12/17 - LPEC Robert and Anne have got in contact with another potential candidate, Mr. Larry Downs. He has let us know he is coming to our next meeting on 12/28
12/28 - Going to attend the monthly social and business meeting for the affiliate at Varner Law in Pensacola at 2pm

Santa Rosa -
11/14 - Posted our November meeting notice on socials
11/22 - Attended a candidate meet and greet at the Library for Ed than attended our Social and Business meeting at Sky's pizza in Pace
11/23 - Posted notice for our Annual Business meeting and election of committee members for 01/24
11/25 - Posted notice for our January meeting and announced Ed Appler's candidacy for HNWS board of directors.
12/02 - Attended a candidate meet and greet for the candidates running for the HNWS board of directors. Ed Appler did the best in my opinion.
12/04 - Putting together an email blast. Completed and sent out 12/07
12/09 - Put some more time into social media.
12/13 - Attended our monthly social and business meeting at Andy D's in Navarre Beach.
12/16 - Attended the HNWS Board of Directors meeting with Ed.

Okaloosa
at the November LPSRC meeting, Lacey Price, volunteered to sit on the EC when we start affiliating this county. I will start cold calling and emailing for others after the holidays.
12/07 - Posted on Discord that we will be affiliating after the holidays and if anyone is interested to reach out to me.
12/10 - Meeting with Lacey and others on December 17th for a Liberty council planning meeting.
12/16 - Reached out again to the former chair, James E. He is interested now in helping out in other ways like candidate support and community events. He gave me the contact information for the person that has control of the social media, website, and bank account. I plan on contacting them and regaining control of that after the first of the year.
12/17 - Met with Lacey and others for the Liberty council planning sessions via Google Meet.

Walton
11/19 - Attended the Annual Business meeting where the EC voted each other to their specific roles. Tanya A will be chair. Jane S. will be vice chair. Tommie G. will be the secretary and treasurer. Audit / Audit Committee Report for November 16 2025
« Last post by Region11 on November 16, 2025, 05:35:34 PM »
Reviewed venue agreement for 2026 convention.  No items were noted that would keep the committee from proceeding with the agreement.  Possible items to negotiate were highlighted and include:

Credit card fee is 3.5%, that's on the high end of reasonable, 2.5% is better.

While they have a refund policy, it requires such a long lead time that in practicality there is hardly any chance of a refund.

50% is due at signing and the rest prior to the event so be sure funds are ready.

Indemnification is one sided, on us.

The convention committee has voted on a location and date for the next convention, and are presenting the agreement at this evenings EC meeting to have the EC vote on.  Also, the Theme Contest is live, and so far only one theme has been submitted.  If you have a theme idea, visit lpfcon.org/theme_contest to submit your idea.  This is a free and fun way to raise funds for the LPF.
