This month I've been a bit preoccupied with the sale of my home, purchase and move to a new one, so I didn't attend many meetings outside the Special EC meeting which I chaired. I received the completed annual audit from the CPA firm, and I turned it in to the Division of Elections. In addition, I updated and filed the annual report with the secretary of state for our Inc. and will have chaired the General Membership meeting and the monthly EC meeting on the 16th. Contrary to what the Secretary's reports have stated the past few months, she has NOT in fact beaten me in Karate.
