Narrowed the venue down to one in Clearwater FL, received an RFP, to submit to Audit, however we're waiting to receive "force majeure" clause. Completed an in person visit, and hope to have agreement ready to present to the EC at the next meeting. Will discuss official dates and results of in person visit at our next committee meeting, Monday Oct. 20th. We're also working on discounted hotel rates around the venue.
