- On April 1st, we hosted a Sunset Social in Dunedin with over a dozen in attendance.

- On April 9th, we hosted Mark Rutherford, Chairman of the Indiana Public Defender Commission, for a Coffee Talk about affecting public policy as an appointed Libertarian to a statewide post.

- On April 13th, we hosted a happy hour in downtown St. Pete with over a dozen in attendance with only 2-3 overlapping attendees from the Sunset Social.

- On April 30th, we registered for our partnership with LPF for outreach at St. Pete Pride in June.

- On May 1st, we participated in People for Liberty's National Liberty Day of Service with a clothing drive to benefit CASA Pinellas, a local non-profit focused on serving survivors of domestic abuse.

- On May 14th, we hosted Sarah Skwire from Liberty Fund for a Coffee Talk on the topic of libertarianism in pop culture.

Here's what's going on in Pinellas:

- On May 24th, we are hosting a Volunteer Info Session for St. Pete Pride activities via Zoom. We anticipate hosting another one closer to Pride itself.

- On June 11th, we will be hosting J. Mark Barfield from Rank My Vote Florida for a Coffee Talk on the topic of ranked choice voting.

- On June 18th, we will be at St. Pete Pride's Family Day with an outreach booth, in partnership with the LPF.

-On June 25th, we will be walking in the St. Pete Pride Parade, as well as performing outreach activities in the Festival as well, as part of our partnership with the LPF.

- We currently plan on hosting a Sunset Social in St. Pete Beach/Pass-A-Grille in July as a "destination" invite for our outreach efforts at St. Pete Pride.

- It appears that Frank Craft's Congressional campaign was unable to obtain the requisite number of signatures to qualify for the ballot. I understand that he intends to pay the filing fee next month, in order to appear on the primary ballot later this year.

Hillsborough

Participated in a freedom rally near Busch Gardens, about 20 in attendance, great signs, we generated some good buzz in a high traffic area, looked really good. Thanks to Isabel Dennis for coordinating the event, great success!

Polk

We sent emails to our state representatives regarding the special session in April urging them to take up constitutional carry. Planning a campaign to increase engagement with the local affiliate. Combined effort through a social media push and a survey sent out to our contacts in the county, also planning an event for the weekend after 4th of July. Starting up collaboration with other local organizations on volunteering/outreach/engagement for hot-button issues, we hope to share a base of volunteers committed to liberty.
