ASC Report
We did not have quorum to have our last meeting but we were able to get all of the g drives with Affiliate support data in them into one file that will make it easier to get loaded onto basecamp.
Our next meeting will be to discuss the Voluntary Action plan that we had set for this month, and to build a motion to bring to this board to pass an initiative previously used in Volusia called Operation Welcome Wagon. This program is designed to send a hello and welcome postcard to all newly registered Libertarians and to let them know about the affiliate. We will also discuss a future phone banking campaign. These efforts will be done to assist with the initiative started by the candidates committee with an SMS campaign. Utilizing the feedback from that campaign this will be used to make sure that every phone number that showed interest in volunteering is contacted.

Volusia
Joe Hannoush is officially on the ballot! We will have a pizza party to celebrate June 18th.
Matt Johnson has filed to run for Deland City Commission.
We are working on making our website more up to date and active, as well as using mailchimp more frequently to reach out to the community.
New original button designs are in the works, our first design are LPF and Volusia pride designs. Our top request for buttons are always pride ones!
July’s event will be the Deland Gun and Knife Show.
I have also started going to all of the newer coffee shop style locations that have started to blossom in the area with a local libertarian. We will be writing some content for our website on these locations and eventually scheduling some social events at them. A local kava bar is interested in doing some kid friendly events or libertarian events anytime. I will also be leaving a different box of kids toys from time to time. They occasionally have children come in with parents who want to play pool, but are often limited on places that allow kids that also don’t serve alcohol.
Our space at Port Orange Family days is secure and we hope to plan more libertarian events around those dates (Sept 24th and 25th).
We are starting to look into new places for our ABM as the place we have held it for many years is now closed.

Flagler & Putnam
Utilizing the contact sheet Hector Roos provided Matt Johnson our RR Alt 1 reached out to contacts that were listed in our unaffiliated counties. At this time we only had one response, but we will have another campaign to contact voters in those counties soon, as many of them will fall into Joe’s voting district now.
