May/JuneEvents:
Cancelled scheduled meeting just before LPF Annual Business Meeting as
people were travelling.
Committee met on June 9.
Discussed/Reviewed Merch Hosting Agreement
Discussed Treasurer’s Reports for April, May and June with negative balances between contributions and expenditures. Building infrastructure, convention expenses still coming in, laying groundwork for programs that will bring more involvement and funding. Treasurer advises that we have sufficient funds to pay all currently known expenses. We agreed that we need, though, to caution spending for discretionary items unless self-funded and try to identify and eliminate any recurring expenses that are not needed.
Discussed a few questions with Treasurer.
Discussed crypto currency processing possibilities. Mr. Welti has a vision to accept and hold bitcoin.
Discussed fundraising status with Vice Chair.
Requested a copy of signed contract with independent contractor be sent to committee. Mr. Nekhaila will send.

Review final Convention Committee Report when all expenditures are handled
Follow up on Treasurers Meetings initiative - Thompson
Review 2024 convention venue proposals
Review any contracts necessary
Review referrals by EC
Check DOE filings
Check FEC filings
Check Quickbooks
