Attended LPF General Membership, Officers, and Committee Chairs Meetings and Discussions, and Executive Committee Meeting.
Reviewed proposed Meeting Minutes.
Reviewed Motions for July EC Meeting.
Responded to a new member with interest in growing party in De Soto County

Discussed briefly with Mr. Whitworth, offered assistance.
Assisted IT Director update member contacts in CRM as part of final clean up process
Have reviewed and updated 2,585 members in toto at an average of 5 minutes per record (12,925 minutes = 315.42 hours)
Local LPMD Activities
Posted notices of July EC Meeting on website
Confirmed meeting with venue manager
Lightly assisting new LPMD Secretary regarding duties and responsibilities
Updated attendance roster and contacts
Searching for appropriate speakers for events
Attended July 12 affiliate meeting.
Installed Signal to assist with communications between officers and committees
Started creating groups
Started reviewing Bylaws Art III for revision suggestions

Determined that both persons were receiving the same information
LPF Chair was contacting new volunteers individually and Membership Chair was forwarding information to the Regional Rep.

See whether want to identify and appoint a new Volunteer Coordinator, preferably someone on the Membership Committee who is familiar with the needs and functions of the LPF at large.
