We have held several meetings in the past couple of months. Over the course of those meetings we've began to work several items on the vision deck. These include beginning to work on the IT policy manual, a communications plan, setting up a standard for who has access to what platforms so that during chair changeovers no issues arise. We hope to make a decent chunk of progress on the vision deck by the end of the year, however want to set a realistic expectation that it won't be 100% complete given the time the new chair took over.
