LPF Audit Committee Report - November 2022

Members:
Suzanne Gilmore Committee Chair, John Thompson Committee Vice Chair, Lee Korotzer and Hector Roos members, Joshua Hlavka and Rich Perez (ex-officio members)
Committee met on October 22. We had another consecutive month without exceeding basic expenses. The General fund is another $2K lower than in February over -$21K. The Committee reviewed figures from Treasurer and determined that an Executive Session needs to be called at the next regular EC meeting.
Committee meeting canceled for 11/10/2022 for various reasons, including hurricane.
To Do:
Review 2024 convention venue proposals upon receipt
Review any contracts necessary
Obtain figures for Merch site
Review referrals by EC
Check DOE filings
Check FEC filings
Check Quickbooks
