Activities:

Continued to serve as Chairman of the Miami-Dade affiliate (LPMD).
Presided over the LPMD meeting on November 8, 2022.  Attendance was improved, possibly due to a venue change
We thank Robert Krauss from LP Operations for his attendance, for his advice, for providing appetizers for all, and for accepting appointment to the LPMD Executive Committee.

My activities this month have focused on CRM data, state committee, and affiliate work.
I am developing a project to engage LPF voters who are Inactive with the intention of keeping them on the voter rolls as LPF and getting them active in the county party or elsewhere in the LP. LPMD Vice Chair Gilmore shared this nascent plan with the Membership Committee, where it was well received. The project can scale up to attempt to recruit Inactive voters registered in other parties who may feel unrepresented.
I continued to confer with Steven Nekhaila regarding the re-affiliation of Monroe County.

Tony Sellers
