At-Large 1 Director Activities
Attended Executive Committee Meeting December 18.
Reviewed Motions for January EC Meeting.
Completed project of Assisting IT Director to update member contacts in CRM as part of final clean up process December 25, 2022
Reviewed and manually updated all 4,885 member contact records at an average of 5 minutes per record (24,425 minutes = 407.08 hours).
Completed project 6 days before projected end date (December 31, 2022)
Members remaining after manual updating: 2,424
Started reconciling list of members between Legacy CRM and LP CRM

Local LPMD Activities
Posted notices of January LPMD Annual Business  Meeting on website
Identified appropriate meeting location for meeting and reserved space with venue manager
Updated attendance roster and contacts
Prepared Agenda for LPMD Business Meeting and provided ballots if/as needed
Attended January 10, 2023 meeting
Sent letter for SOE and filled in Petition to Affiliate for signatures to new LPMD Chair

Offered to proofread newsletters
Proofread newsletter and returned to committee chair
Discussed with Membership Chair processing individuals who sign up for newsletter into CRM

He will set up notifications for signups and forward me a copy.
I will place requestors’ information in CRM for availability and mark as LPF Newsletter Request.

Miscellaneous.
Processed all new LPF member applications (21) between December 14th and January 19th.
Reviewed and updated as appropriate all outstanding pending requests.

Current Members (New, Current, and Renewed) 2,376.
Working with LP CRM Data Improvement Team, started de-duping CRM contact records
