June 2023 – June 13, 2023 – 7PM EST – Started on time.

New Business:
1. Officer Elections (Vice-Chair) – Lee is nominated to Vice Chair by Christian. Lee is elected without objection. After discussion, the role of secretary for the committee is not required.
2. Speaker Contract Review -

3. LPF 501c4 Non-Profit Project Review – discussed we feel this needs rules, legal and CPA review, will revisit in future meeting.
4. 2023 LPF Convention Audit initial discussion, status of report and available information from Treasurer and Convention Committee – Nothing from Convention or Treasurer, tabling until meeting.
5. General discussion of goals
a. To improve upon the professionalism and efficiency of the LPF to accomplish the party goals and improve the party’s reputation among our constituents.
b. To review the performance of the Treasurer.
c. Review the financial reports and performance of contracts.
d. To advise the EC on the contracts and other items the EC asks for our advice on.
6. Next Meeting to be held Tuesday June 27th, 2023, 7pm.
7. Patrick has raised the question that the Store does not have a method to out put sales.
8. Patrick has mentioned draft budget in the works, currently showing a net loss. The approximate $3500 loss is nearly identical to the Contract with Supreme that was not honored.
