Summary:
We brought together a dream team of members to the committee. The fundraising committee has contiguous goals: 1) Seeking out corporate sponsorships for our events as a regular source of revenue. We especially want to target end of year sponsorships for LPFCon24 which is why we're making it a priority to have a 501c4 in place by then. 2) Seeking out contributions of at least $500 from Florida donors who give to national but not Florida LP in the last 3 years. 3) Seeking out contributions from rank and file and the 100@25 recurring donor program.

• Carl Underhill, first time contributor at $50 (Pinellas County)
• Michael Myers, first time LPF contributor, regular LNC contributor at $50 (Volusia County)
Action steps (Hector/Gabrielle unless otherwise indicated):
• Import donor prospects to Bloomerang CRM (Top 50 LNC/FL donors at $500);
• Create donor lists
• Create call scripts for Josh and Steven (July 29th event sponsorship) SEE BELOW
• Set up CiviCRM account for Gabrielle and Robert (request made, waiting on IT LNC to implement) Tim will take care of this now
• Communication calendar for fundraising asks (incl. Giving Tuesday, Year in Review, End of Year, 100@25 profiles, 100@25 virtual monthly events)
• NEW: Review: LPF committees approved quarterly budgets for fundraising appeal ideas. (candidates got $1,000 for training, $5,000 for Turney, $1,000 for candidate support generally)
• NEW: Once a week fundraising appeal. Steven priority. (first one was July 4th)

• RESOLVED: Stripe account from Steven (ask Tony). Got it.
• NEW: LPF Store (I asked Steven to commit a budget to pay Mitch to maintain and update the story) Reach out to Mitch to get the proposal
• NEW: 100@25 Guest Speakers invite: Larry Lawton, Spike Cohen, Larry Sharpe, Admiral Finbar, Diego Rivera, Mike Maharrey, Candidate Night. Get 5 names to promote.

• 2023 Winter Holiday Party planning (Start promotion in September)
