- obtaining items for auction

- starting debate question fundraiser
- obtaining breakout speakers
- setting up blood drive
- adding a free comedy show
- securing A/V services
- setting official agenda/schedule

- paid speakers booked (flights/hotels/signed contracts)
- secured first sponsorship
- secured 6 candidates for presidential debate
- 4 advertisements sold
- 4 vendor tables sold
- 9 packages sold (including 2 VIP)
