All members were able to attend. Vice Chair Josh H and DAL 2 Hector Roos were also able to pop in for a bit.
We reviewed all the projects that were taken up last year. As soon as Rules gives us feedback on the sample constitution we will move forward with that based on their input.
We are going to continue to build kits for affiliates, but will be going at it from an opt in model instead of choosing affiliates to hold onto items to be shared. Next month we will be voting on the best way to have items drop shipped.
All members were given the homework assignment to look for cool things they would like to see given to affiliates to hand out as promos and based on everyones ideas we will be selecting the best ones to market to affilaites.
Rack Cards were discussed. We are looking into ways to print items at a better price point and possibly design new ones that affiliates can put their own branding on.
we discussed the possibility of staring office hours on Discord in the future where a member of affiliate support is on a voice channel the same time and day every week/ month to be available to answer questions.
I have reached out to both Fundraising and Communications to assist on some of our projects and we are excited to get to work and create a solid budget to get our affiliates hosting more events across the state.
Our next months meeting will be going over the vision deck, talking about our findings for branding and file sharing, and reviewing the Affiliate Incentive Program motion before its final form is presented to the EC (hopefully at our May meeting)
