January Report
Volusia officer elections have been recessed until January 22nd. Joe Hannoush is back to regularly visiting public libraries for petitioning. He is somewhere around the halfway point (definitely over but accounting for the ones that may not qualify he’s considering it half).
Once we have our officer elections we will be voting on which events we want to target for 2022. Our goal is to focus our events on Joe’s campaign. We also intend to hit the pavement and door knock on Libertarians doors in Volusia county. We will use this as both a recruitment tool for our affiliate and to get every Libertarian in Volusia familiar with Joe and his petitions signed. We will be asking for recruits around Florida who love door knocking to come and join us and kicking that information over to candidates committee as soon as we know when we want to accomplish that.
Other notes
I personally have been putting most of my free energy into convention organization. On this note my emailer is ready to go for my region to prompt them to attend conventions since it is within an hours drive for most of them. I am waiting for the packages to be live on the website to send those out.
