We had 2 meetings during this month. We discussed attempting to contact verified speakers and making sure that we have a path forward to pay for their travel to the 2023 Convention. We also discussed changing the names of the packages identified. We suggested thinking about the changes and will discuss in the Discord chat.
We also met in person at the venue to discuss the setup with the event POC. The meeting went well and we were attempting to get the entire ballroom for next years convention. We are waiting for more information from the venue. Brian Fleming discussed with the National Region 2 Chairs to have candidate training at the convention and was passed favorably with 2 states not "present" for the discussion.
