Motion:
I move to authorize a budget not to exceed $2000 for the purchase and use of 2 nights of a VIP Suite at the Hyatt Regency Hotel for LibertyCon 2022.
Discussion:
Hosting a VIP suite would allow us to meet professionally with potential donors and provide a break area for volunteers. The vision for this would be to use the room as a meeting space as well as hosting a bit of an after party each night, which we would use to target high end donors and future sponsors. It would run roughly $2000 including incidentals such as food, beverages, and other accommodations for volunteers and VIPs.
