Motion to Budget up to $400 to Hector Roos Campaign for Lawsuit Filing Fee.

The LPF Candidates Committee moves to request the LPF Executive Committee authorize an expense of $400 to the Hector Roos Campaign for Governor towards the cost of the $400 Filing Fee associated to Hector Roos v. Ron DeSantis lawsuit related to the immigration flights program. The Florida Supreme Courts moved the original petition to the Second Judicial Circuit (Leon County, Florida) which has ordered the case to proceed and the $400 filing fee letter (see attached).
