Tasks done by Affiliate Support this month:
Assisting with Lake County: general questions, mailer designs, website access, tabling items, and fundraising.
Discussed Affiliation with Hillsboro County and passed off Sample Constitution and Bylaws to the organizer. Briefed them on basic functions of the affiliate and informed the rep that they also have funds available in escrow once they are officially affiliated. Also assisted in connecting Comms to their affiliate website, but the original host needs found or a new lpf.org domain must be built.
Sent Escambia Sample Constitution and Bylaws and Followed up with Region Rep about the float rebuild. Made a brief write up on this for this months Quill.
Spoke with Clay county members about affiliation and assisted with getting them website access.
Wrote up a final reminder email to affiliate leaders about re affiliation deadline to be sent to any affiliate who has yet to file with the Secretary as of this week.
